DEAL CONFIRMED: Free agent Mark Noble is set to join West Ham United as the plan set out for his return to football

West Ham United legend Mark Noble has not been confirmed to be rejoining the club as a player. Following his retirement from professional football at the end of the 2021-2022 season, Noble returned to West Ham in a new capacity.
In January 2023, Noble officially took on the role of Sporting Director, a newly created position at the club. In this role, he works closely with the manager and the board of directors, providing input on various aspects of the football operation. This includes player recruitment, academy development, and player and staff well-being.
