BREAKING NEWS:Celtic Vs Rangers Premiership Kick-Off Reschedule few minutes ago….

Jim Whites has predicted the winner as Rangers face Celtic in the Old Firm derby in the Scottish Premiership on Sunday.

Parkhead will host Barry Ferguson’s team on 16 March as they come off their nail-biting victory over Fenerbahce in the Europa League.

Jose Mourinho’s team took the tie to penalties at Ibrox, but Jack Butland’s heroics steered the Gers into the quarter-finals of the European competition.

There’s no rest for the weary as the Light Blues gear up to take on Brendan Rodgers’ team after playing 120 minutes against the Istanbul club.

Rangers win v Celtic difficult at Parkhead

It’s difficult to envision Celtic losing to the Bears in the Old Firm derby at home, Jim Whites says.

The talkSPORT presenter has lauded the fixture between the two sides but can’t envision the Gers beating the Hoops on Sunday.

While White is leaving towards Rodgers’ team getting the job done at Parkhead, he has admitted that anything is possible.

Speaking on the Go Radio Football Show (14 March), the Scotsman said: “It’s going to be a great occasion. They always are. It’s very difficult to see past Celtic, but you never know.”

Ferguson to pull off surprise v Celtic

Ferguson could potentially be playing for his future at Rangers, and a win at Parkhead would certainly go a long way in securing the interim manager’s continuity beyond this season.

The Gers icon was hired after Patrick Stewart sacked Philippe Clement after unacceptable losses to Queen’s Park and St Mirren.
