Rangers have learned the fate of their appeal over Mohamed Diomande’s red card at the weekend.
The Scottish Premiership giants have WON the appeal.
The incident, involving the midfielder and Dundee United’s Kevin Holt, was reviewed by the Scottish FA’s fast-track disciplinary panel today.
And they have arrived at their conclusion with the SFA confirming the details on their website.
Diomande was sent off by referee Nick Walsh after appearing to raise his hand in the direction of Holt in the dying seconds of Sunday’s 3-1 win for Rangers.

The Ivorian failed to make contact with Holt, as he retaliated after twice being pushed.
Walsh was asked to check the flashpoint at the pitchside monitor by VAR, but he stuck by his original decision, much to the bafflement of Philippe Clement.
The Scottish FA disciplinary updates webpage has confirmed the ban has been rescinded with immediate effect.
It states: “Claim Upheld. Original sanction of a red card for A2 – Violent Conduct is rescinded with immediate effect.”
