Kasper Schmeichel and Jeffrey Schlupp were both on the field from start for Celtic in their special 1-1 draw away to Bayern Munich. The result was not enough to see Celtic through to the next chapter, but in all a good and special performance.

A great and massive start for Hamza Choudhury at Sheffield United, winning 4 out of 4 so far, being on the field from start to finish in the strong 1-0 away win to Luton. Tom Cannon missed the game, being out injured.

Richie Wellens and his Leyton Orient came out on top coming home from Wrexham with a 2-1 win. Matty James and Lewis Brunt were both in the home team line-up, completing all minutes.

Islam Slimani came on from the subs bench in the 88th minute to help Westerlo secure a strong 1-1 draw away to Cercle Brugge. Kamal Sowah made his NAC Breda debut in a 0-0 away home draw to Feyenoord. Sowah entered the field in the 71st minute.

Will Alves made his starting debut for Cardiff in their 1-1 home draw to Bristol City. Thomas Wilson-Brown was an unused sub when Kilmarnock defeated St. Johnstone 3-1 at home. Brandon Cover made his second appearance for Fleetwood in their 0-1 away defeat to Bromley. Cover came on in the 76th minute and had no say in the goal, scored in the 40th minute.

James Maddison scored the 1-0 winner for Spurs in their home fixture vs. Man Utd. Harry Maguire was in the Man U line-up from start. Rachid Ghezzal came on as a second half sub in the 1-2 home defeat to Galatasaray. Yunus Akgun was not involved, currently out injured.

Andrej Kramaric had two terrific assists when his Hoffenheim defeated Werder Bremen 3-1 away. Cedric Kipre played the full game for Lens in their 0-1 home defeat to Angers. Calvin Bassey scored for Fulham in their strong 2-1 home win to Forest, as their goal came from a Chris Wood finish. Timothy Castagne also had his place in the Fulham team from start.

Tetè was in the starting line-up for Panathinaikos in their 2-1 home win to Volos. Panathinaikos are currently 3rd in the Greek top flight as the Brazilian played 89 minutes in this game. Martyn Waghorn has made his last appearance in professional football, a few weeks back announcing his retirement from the game, playing 6 times in the league for Northampton this season.

Dennis Praet came on in the 61st minute as his Royal Antwerpen defeated Kortrijk 2-1 at home. Ben Chilwell made his league debut for Crystal Palace in their 1-2 home defeat to Everton. Michael Keane was an unused sub for The Toffees.
