WWE and Rangers enter merchandising agreement
WWE announced on 14 March that they had entered a merchandising agreement with Gers among others clubs.
Rangers Review quoted their statement which read: “The WWE Legacy Title Belts, representing a select group of the biggest football clubs in the world, are emblazoned with the unique colours and official markings of each team.
“The collection follows the release of officially licensed NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL and Collegiate WWE Legacy Title Belts.
“The European Football WWE Legacy Title Belts are available to pre-order now from Euroshop, WWE Shop and Fanatics and will be available to purchase through select club shops and WWE Live event venues soon.”
The Ibrox outfit will gain significantly from their merchandising venture with WWE through the release of the Legacy Title Belts.
This collaboration with a global entertainment giant, valued north of £6billion (Companies Market Cap) exposes the Ibrox club to a vast, diverse audience beyond traditional football fans, tapping into WWE’s millions of passionate followers worldwide.
By aligning with prestigious European clubs like Juventus, Manchester United, and Paris Saint-Germain in this unique product line, Rangers enhance their brand prestige, positioning themselves as a prominent name in international football culture.
