Alex Iwobi remains the Super Eagles’ most valuable player in England, with the Fulham midfielder valued at €25 million (approximately N41b in Nigerian currency), which is seven million less than his highest-ever valuation, which is €32m.
Iwobi has been in remarkable form in the Premier League this season, and has five goals and three assists in 16 games, the most he has recorded at this stage since he made his debut in the competition.
Nottingham Forest striker Taiwo Awoniyi is valued at €22 million, making him the second-most valuable Nigerian player in the Premier League.
Valued at €18 million, Wilfred Ndidi ranks third, just behind Awoniyi, but is far from his highest-ever valuation of €62 million.
The Leicester City midfielder has played in every game this season except for the 4-0 loss to Newcastle United at St. James’ Park last weekend.
Calvin Bassey, valued at €16 million, is the fourth most expensive Super Eagles player, €2 million below his highest valuation.
