The 18-year-old is getting that all important game time in the Premier League and seemingly improving very quickly.Sami Mokbel writes that Spurs promised Gray game time should he have joined in the summer.
Mokbel then goes on to reveal that Spurs ‘beat competition’ from Premier League giants Manchester City and Liverpool to the signing of Gray.Man City will look to sell Phillips in 2025 and so for Leeds, who wanted to re-sign Phillips should they have earned promotion last season, the door could be open for a possible return in 2025.
And there’s plenty of younger players who’ve joined Liverpool’s ranks in recent years and have been wasted in the academy for too long, so for Gray, Spurs is looking like a very good decision.
- As for Gray, the future is certainly looking bright. He’s playing in numerous positions and getting some great experience in doing so, playing against and alongside some top players.
