Rangers have offered a contract to Ianis Hagi, along with Findlay Curtis and Zak Lovelace, according to David Edgar.
The Heart and Hand podcast host claimed on 27 January that the decision on whether or not they want to stay is on the players, with Curtis understood to be close to penning a three-year deal. [Scott Burns, 27 January]
It remains to be seen what Hagi decides as he told his agents that he wanted to leave Ibrox in the summer. [Pescurt, 25 January]
Edgar wrote on X: “Rangers have offered new deals to Ianis Hagi, Findlay Curtis and Zak Lovelace. Down to the players now.”
Ianis Hagi is unlikely to decide on his Rangers contract any time soon
Given Hagi’s recent months-long contractual standoff with the Ibrox hierarchy, it’s understandable if he is hesitating over making a decision regarding the new contract offer.
