Whether Patrick Bamford will leave Leeds United amid Cameron Archer pursuit

Patrick Bamford has struggled to leave his mark on the current Championship campaign, which has led to links involving a move away from Leeds United.
Leeds United are pretty blessed with a number of attacking options, including the likes of Joel Piroe, Mateo Joseph, Largie Ramazani, Manor Solomon, Wilfried Gnonto, Patrick Bamford and Daniel James.
However, the issue has been the consistency of the likes of Bamford, Piroe and even Joseph at times, which has led to a striker being a priority in the winter window.
Cameron Archer is the forward Leeds currently have their eyes on but their first bid has been rejected, though they will be going back in again it seems.
One player whose future has been questioned at times in January is Patrick Bamford, and it appears as if the club have made their decision on his future.

Patrick Bamford set to stay at Leeds United as it stands
Patrick Bamford has only featured 10 times in the Championship this season, which has added up to just 123 minutes for the Whites.
His experience could be crucial from here on in, but his performances certainly need to improve as he looks a yard off the pace whenever he’s given a chance.

Patrick Bamford’s links with Wrexham
We’ve had all kinds of bizarre links so far this transfer window, but one of the strangest was Wrexham supposedly wanting to sign Bamford.
However, this hasn’t materialised and the League One club have now landed Jay Rodriguez, so there seems to be little to no chance of a move being reignited.
It may just be a case of winding down the rest of the season and settling for limited minutes, as there may be points when Leeds need his services.
Injuries are always just around the corner when it comes to Leeds and it remains to be seen as to whether they will be able to land Cameron Archer, so it’s better to be safe than sorry.
